These Terms of Use outline the rules and regulations for the use of awesomejade.com’s Website. By accessing our Website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use awesomejade.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

To shop with us, you need to be at least 16 years old. If you are under 16 years old please use this Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Access to awesomejade.com is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice. Awesomejad.com may modify these Terms of Use from time to time.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining for all usage of your user account and user name & password whether authorized or not authorized by you. You shall immediately notify awesomejade.com of any unauthorized use of your password or identification.

Price / Payment

Prices of all Products must be paid in advance. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full. If item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, awesomejade.com shal have the right to cancel any such order. If you have already been charged for the purchase awesomejade.com shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price. Our payment primary method is PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use PayPal to purchase items by Credit Card as well. 

If you need to pay us in other ways, please contact us by email or by contact us form before the payment. After successful payment, if no email receipt, please contact us.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address as for any losses of parcels posted under normal postage. The buyers shall be responsible for all customs duty and import taxes fee. We will do our best to avoid or lower tax. Shipping charges are non refundable. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Product Information

The measurements may be different of 1-3 cm (1 inch) from actual product. Due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors showed may not be 100% the same with actual items.

Return products

All our items will be checked and packed in good condition before shipping. We will try our best to satisfy all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us under the original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

The item must be completed, un-used, un-washed and with original tags and packaging. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted.  A restocking fee will be charged at $4.90 for an order. If in any case we ship out item defective/ wrong order / anything that is our fault no restocking fee will be applied. We will refund you after receiving the returned items. Buyer will pay for the shipping cost for returning the items. 

Order Cancellation

The order can be cancelled by customer any time before the order is processed. If notified about order has already been processed, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We cannot accept the cancellation after the order has been shipped.
