Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in the selected currency and payment must be completed before orders are processed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.
Our primary payment method is PayPal. Credit card payments can also be completed securely through PayPal checkout. If you need alternative payment arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery information
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Buyers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes required by their country. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Product information
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.
Measurements may vary slightly (approximately 1–3 cm / up to 1 inch) due to manual measuring and production differences.
Returns & refunds
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition with tags and packaging. Returns that are worn, washed, or damaged may not be accepted.
A restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before processing. If an order has already entered processing, a partial refund may be issued after a cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
