Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Awesome Jade Affiliate Program. By applying for or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Enrollment
Awesome Jade reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. Participation in the program is a privilege and not a right.
Commission eligibility
Commissions are earned only on valid purchases completed through an approved affiliate tracking link provided by Awesome Jade.
A commission will not be earned on:
- Cancelled orders
- Refunded orders
- Chargebacks
- Fraudulent transactions
- Duplicate transactions
- Orders placed by the affiliate for their own use
- Orders placed by immediate family members, employees, agents, or persons acting on behalf of the affiliate
- Transactions that cannot be properly tracked
Commission payments
Commissions are paid exclusively via PayPal.
Affiliates are responsible for providing and maintaining an active PayPal account capable of receiving payments.
Commission payments are processed once per calendar month for approved commissions.
Awesome Jade reserves the right to delay payment for verification purposes, fraud review, refund review, chargeback review, or other legitimate business reasons.
Minimum payment threshold
Affiliate commissions will be paid once the affiliate's approved commission balance reaches a minimum of $50 USD.
Balances below this threshold will automatically roll over to the next payment period until the minimum threshold is reached.
Awesome Jade reserves the right to modify the minimum payout threshold at any time.
Payment fees and taxes
Affiliates are solely responsible for any PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, duties, bank charges, or other costs associated with receiving commission payments.
Returns, refunds, and chargebacks
If a customer receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, disputes a transaction, or if an order is cancelled, any related commission becomes void.
Awesome Jade may deduct such amounts from future commission payments.
Prohibited activities
Affiliates may not:
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive marketing practices.
- Make misleading claims about Awesome Jade products.
- Use spam, unsolicited emails, or automated messaging.
- Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or artificial traffic generation.
- Create fake orders, fake customer accounts, or fraudulent transactions.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate commissions.
- Purchase products through their own affiliate links.
- Encourage others to purchase through an affiliate link solely to generate commissions.
- Use unauthorized discount codes, promotions, or coupons.
- Impersonate Awesome Jade or represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Awesome Jade.
Paid advertising restrictions
Without prior written approval, affiliates may not:
- Bid on “Awesome Jade” or variations of the Awesome Jade brand name in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
- Register domains, social media usernames, or business names that contain or closely resemble the Awesome Jade brand.
- Create advertisements that imply they are the official Awesome Jade website.
Social media and content compliance
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, disclosure requirements, and advertising guidelines.
Where required by law, affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship.
Tracking limitations
Commissions are tracked using affiliate links, cookies, and related tracking technologies.
Awesome Jade does not guarantee that all referrals will be successfully tracked.
Lost, blocked, deleted, expired, or otherwise untracked referrals may not qualify for commission.
Intellectual property
Awesome Jade retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, logos, product images, product descriptions, website content, and branding materials.
Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved promotional materials solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.
Inactive accounts
Affiliate accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be reviewed and closed at the discretion of Awesome Jade.
Any unpaid commission balance associated with an inactive account may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law.
Program changes
Awesome Jade may modify, suspend, limit, or terminate the Affiliate Program, commission structure, payment schedule, tracking methods, or these terms at any time without prior notice.
Account termination
Awesome Jade may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, if it believes the affiliate has violated these terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the business, reputation, customers, or operations of Awesome Jade.
Any unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity may be withheld or cancelled.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awesome Jade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
No guarantee of earnings
Awesome Jade makes no representation or guarantee regarding sales volume, referral activity, commission earnings, or future income.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Awesome Jade operates.
Final determination
All determinations regarding affiliate eligibility, tracking, commissions, payments, disputes, refunds, account status, and program participation shall be made by Awesome Jade in its sole discretion, and such determinations shall be final.
