Product Returns
When you are shopping with Awesome Jade, we sincerely hope that you are having fun and love products you buy. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund.
- Please submit the return form within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted.
- Orders purchased with store credit / gift card are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping charges are paid by buyer. Please note that we do not offer a pre-paid returns service.
- If you would like to perform an exchange, please return your original order and place a new order for the items you would like.
- Original shipping fees and governmental taxes are non refundable.
- A fee of 4.90USD applies per returned order. This will be deducted from your order total.
- Refund or store credit will be issued within 7 days once delivered to us.
