Everything you need to know before your package arrives ✨

We ship worldwide and we always aim to get your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Below you’ll find our processing time, shipping options, and a few important notes that help avoid surprises.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (once the carrier updates it).

Order processing

Order fulfillment normally takes 2–5 business days on average after your order is placed. Once it ships, you’ll get your tracking details by email.

Quick tip: please double-check your shipping address at checkout - it’s the best way to avoid delivery delays. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.

Shipping options

Shipping timeframes below are estimated and begin after processing. Busy seasons, weather, holidays, and customs checks may add extra time (sometimes unexpectedly).

Note: P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are currently not available for shipping. Also, there are a few locations we’re unable to ship to. If that applies to your order, we’ll contact you.

Tracking & split shipments

Items are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses. For logistical reasons, products in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages. You won’t be charged extra for this.

Tracking can take a little time to update after dispatch. If it looks quiet for a bit, that’s normal - it usually updates as the package reaches the next checkpoint.

Customs duties & taxes

Customs duty and import taxes vary from country to country. These fees are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.

Please note: Awesome Jade does not collect duties, taxes, or customs fees at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for any relevant fees required by local customs authorities.

Important delivery notes

• Delivery timelines can change due to holidays, busy shipping seasons, weather, or carrier delays.
• If your package is unclaimed or refused, you may be responsible for original and return shipping charges and any related taxes.
• Ordering for a specific date (trip, event, birthday dinner)? We recommend ordering early for peace of mind.

We care about trust and transparency: you’ll receive tracking when your order ships, and you can always reach out if something looks off. If you contact us, please include your order number and the email used at checkout so we can help faster.
