We ship all over the world and offer a Free Standard Shipping on orders over $79 USD!

Order fulfillment normally takes 2-5 business days on average, after an order is placed. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Destinations

We ship worldwide and always do the best to make sure the products get delivered to you as quickly as possible.

However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of these countries, we will contact you.

P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses currently are not available for shipping.

Shipping 

Customs & Tax

Customs duty and import taxes fee are vary from country to country . They are charged once the parcel reached it's destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Please note, Awesome Jade does not collect duties, taxes or customs fees at the time of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all the relevant fees.

In case your package cannot be delivered or unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for original and return taxes and shipping charges.

Delivery

• Items are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses, and for logistical reasons products in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages. You would not be charged extra.
• The delivery time is not always stable, it depends on many factors and may be delayed by holidays, busy shipping season, weather or an other factors.
• Due to the coronavirus outbreak, there may be a delay in the delivery of your package.
